I was working on vc707 and it was working fine. After compiling a new design and uploadiing new bit, facing issue of no hardware detection in Hardware manager. Only 12V led DS16 is ON and DS1,DS14,DS17 and DS18 remains OFF while powering the device. I have used external power supply to and another adapter of 12V 5.0A, but the problem remains same. I have used the default jumper settings mentioned on https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/51233.html.

Posting this issue on xilinx forum they suggested to reprogram the TI power controllers. Then, we have purchased USB Interface Adapter EVM to program TI power controllers. Used following guide to connect the VC707 for programming the TI power controllers,

But I am getting following error.

Can you send the MFR GUI script file (.xml) and all other configuration files used in the MFR Script file (project file (.xml), data flash (.hex), firmware (.x0))?
