UCD3138: the value of parameters in the latest layout guide

Hello,

After I read the latest layout guide,I have 2 questions to ask in Chapter 4.

1. I know the slew rate of V33 is 2.6V/ms~6V/ms.However,why the V33 supply slew rate is 0.6 V/ms in RC Time Constant?Is that not contradictory?

2. Some parameters I can't find in datasheet.I want to know the value of Vtarget & VPOR .

Hi, Larry,

SR =0.6v/ms is just an example to show how to calculate the RC. At many cases, SR is lower than 0.6V/ms. If V33 can't meet 2.6V/ms, you have to use the given equation to get your RC.

About the second question, V target is 3V, Vpor is 2.7V.
