Hi

I have some questions about TPSM84824.
Could you tell me the following questions?

・Are there the limit of input current?

・The Vout accuracy at Iout=0A are written  in datasheet.
  Could I get them if you have those value at any other load current?

・Are there the recommending humid range at operation?

    Hi Yokota-san,

    There are no limits to the input current. If you were to load this device up to its maximum output current of 8A, the input current will also increase. Make sure that your input supply to the TPSM84824 is not current limited to allow proper regulation.

    The load regulation at Vfb is typically 0.8mV over the Iout range. The output voltage is impacted by both the load regulation spec and the feedback resistor tolerance(eg. 1%, 5%, 10%, etc). Do you have a specific output voltage accuracy you are trying to meet? I'd expect the output voltage to deviate 1-2% from expected.

    This device is rated for the following MSL JEDEC standards: LEVEL-3-260C-168HR

    Thank you for the reply.
    Customer inquiry is that what is the specification of humidity range under recommended operating conditions.
    Can we reply as humidity range is not specified on recommended operating condition but  device should be operated without condensation?

    Hi Yokota-san,

    I've talked to our reliability team regarding this part. This product family is based off the JEDEC standards and have been tested in qualification at 85degC/85% relative humidity for 1000hrs. However, I would not recommend running this at that high of a humidity long term since it will put the part at risk of corrosion and contamination from dendrite growth.
