Please tell me how to determine the resistance value of the red frame.
Is it OK to add resistance to the blue frame?
If you can add it please tell me how to determine the constant.

Hi,
There's no need to add resistor to the blue frame.
For the resistor value of the red frame, it depends on the Vgs(th) of the PFET and the pulldown current selected by PL_SD_SINK_LEVEL. Make sure the Isd_pfet * Rsd is higher than the Vgs(th) of the PFET. We recommend setting PL_SD_SINK_LEVEL at 11 and using 20kohm resistor for Rsd in most cases.
