1. can use switch SoC simulate I2C signal , command without MSP430 MCU? have any side-effect?

2. How many power bank can support? 1~4?

    As long as the signal from the switch SoC meets the I2C spec, it should be good.

    2. How many power bank can support? 1~4?

    Do you mean the number of power supply? The number of power supply is a system level configuration, as long as your system software can handle multiple power supply operation, it is doable. There's no limit. Thanks.
