My customer has a confusion on the LM5180 calculator output waveform, and it seems there be a rapid change on the waveform. Please refer to below picture . Could you give any idea why there will be a rapid change here?

The LM5180 will reduce switching frequency to get higher peak current to supply to the transformer to the output. As the peak current is related to AC and RMS losses, the tradeoff between RMS losses and switching frequency will turn in favor of the losses.
Please make sure you are not exceeding the maximum output power at VIN-nom. This will be marked by a red square on the frequency vs current plot.
I suspect that the root cause of that 2% efficiency drop.
