I have some question about Iq, Isd, ILKG.

1. Which mean there are Vin, Vout, Vaux in Iq.
2. Which mean there are Vin, Vaux in Isd.
3. what is input leakage current.

Hi Dexter:
They're Pins of the IC. We measure quiescent current and shutdown current with specific pins.

The input leakage current is aimed to the "L" pin. with IC disable.
