LM5155-Q1: Does LM5155 has internal Vgs resistor

Hi team,

Does LM5155-Q1 integrate internal gate to source resistor inside the driver circuit? My customer wanted to know if they need to add external 10kohm from gate to source of MOSFET, which I did not see in the reference design.

    Hi Wei-Hao,

    There is a weak pull down resistor (1 Mega Ohm) across the LO and PGND, and this is mentioned in Page 24 of the the datasheet. Even though, I would still recommend your customer to add the external pull-down resistor or 10k to 50k.
