TPS53681: TPS53681 VREF OUTPUT ISSUE

Dear all:

Test 10PCS TPS53681 sample, only 5 PCS is OK, others 5PCS VREF output votage abnormal,or 0V,or 1.2v,or 1.6v,or 1v,cause I2C can not connect. please help confirm why is the VREF output votage abnormal, thnak you!

Hi Xiaowei,

Can you share a schematic please for review? Also, on the 5 that aren't working is everything soldered down properly - nothing is shorted, ICs are in the correct rotation, etc.?

If VREF isn't coming up and I2C isn't working it sounds like an assembly issue.
