I installed bqstudio 1.3.86 but I don't find the authentication button.

Hi Holger,
bqStudio does not support the authentication plug in for bq78350 devices. Use the manual commands to experiment with authentication.

Hi Holger,
It looks like you found a solution. Seems to bring up an authentication tool. You might see general instructions for the authentication tool in the bq78z100EVM user guide although it displays like the one for the bq27742-G1 pictured in the post.

the fix is not working with the latest bqstudio v1.3.86. The fix has to be adjusted to it.

Hi Holger,
I agree, it does not seem to work. There is no known workaround for the plugin. I have input a ticket for it to be fixed in some future version.
