I designed the TPS63070 soft start circuit according to Application Report Extending the Soft Start Time in the TPS63010 Buck-Boost Converter, but I did not get the expected delay.
Design conditions
(1) Connect 470kΩ between VOUT and FB
(2) Connect 150kΩ between FB and GND
(3) Connect a diode (1SS400SMT2R) and 0.022uF between VOUT and FB as a soft start circuit
The expected amount of delay was 10 ms, but actually it was 800 us.
What is the cause of the delay amount not changing?
