TPS61170: Will this part work? Vin = 3.5V, Vout = 12V and I out = 0.4A?

My full requirement is:
Vin min = 3.3V, Vin max = 12V, Vout = 12V, Iout = 0.1A typical, 0.4A max
Also I would like to use the same IC to provide 24V 4-20mA output using the same input.
I prefer small IC with less components over the efficiency.

The requirement changed and we now only need 100mA. I've already designed a PCB with TSP61170 and waiting for boards to arrive.

I was going to use the same IC for another application: Vin=3.5V, Vout=24V 4-20mA but we now need an isolated DC-DC converter. Do you have any simple solutions available? Webench doesn't give me any solutions with my input parameters. I'm looking for a flyback converter. We prefer small size and low cost over efficiency.
