I have got the Script file, but when I read the Chip, I can not got the data, all data is FF return, but I can read Device ID data when use 0xFD command.

Why?

    Hello, Qian,

    Maybe is my miss understand. I can read DEVICE_ID, so I think this must have data in Data Flash Area, and conside that, this device ID will be change using current written data. 

    After I wrote HEX data to chip, read out data is OK.

    Thank you for your kindly support, I have resolved all problem.
