Some comments:

1. EN1, EN2, EN3 are low voltage pin(max 3.6V), you cannot connect it to VIN through 51kohm resistor.

Suggest to connect EN1/2/3 pin to V3V pin or external enable signal.

2. For Vout a little higher channel, does it work stable?

Could you send me the LX1, LX2, LX3 waveforms?
