Hi Sunny,
The Trip pin should be connected to ground external to the part, using the proper Rtrip value to set the desired over-current limit. The Trip pin sources a 10uA current to set the Vtrip voltage, based on the external Rtrip.
You will need to decide what value you should use for Rtrip based on your application. The TPS53315 Datasheet has the equation to calculate Rtrip, and an applications example to show how.
For the application in the datsheet (Vin=12V,Vout=1.5V, Fsw = 500kHz, L=1uH, Iocp = 15A) Rtrip =80.6kΩ.
