    Hi William,
    Design capacity has both current capacity and power capacity. See the technical reference manual sections 9.2 and 17.26. The design capacity value in defaults is 4 cells x 3.6V x 4400 mAh = 63360 mWh = 6336 10mWh
    Design Voltage is explained more with the command 0x19, see the technical reference manual 17.27. It is the cell voltage.
