when the output power is more than 3kw, Whether UCC28070 must be used with the gate driver circuit，such as UCC273XX, 

can UCC28070 dirvie MOS/IGBT directly without UCC273XX in 3KW AC/DC PFC power supply solution?

    Hi Jack,
    For a 3kW application you will require an external gate driver for the MOSFETs or IGBT's used in the boost switch.
    An application such as this will require the paralleling of multiple switches per phase and the total gate capacitance will add up to a significant value.
    Directly driving such a large capacitance will be beyond the capability of the internal GDA,GDB capability.

    If you try to do this you will most likely see very slow gate drive rise and fall times. Also the power dissipated in the UCC28070 package will be excessive. Please check in the extensive TI driver portfolio for a suitable part.
