CCS/EMB1428Q: how to resolve fault code 0b1001

hello! everybody.

I have disigned an active balance system according ti_00817,connect to 14 Li-cell using two emb1428 and one emb1499.the cell is no. 0,1,2...13 according the posiiton of gnd.I find only no. 0,1,2,3 cell can do active balance.no.4,5,6...13 can not do active balance,the fault code is first 0b0001(primary current limit),after some seconds the fualt code is 0b1001(CS falling edge while slew is low or the EMB1428 is waiting for it to go high).I have work hard to resolve this problem.but I have no go well in three week.anyone can help me,why do the fault occur? thank you very much!

    Thanks for the question. Can you provide more information on your setup please? I.e. What your hardware schematics look like and if you are using our Software example code or have unique software?

    very thanks for your reply!my hardware schematics look  like tida-00817.my software is use ccs compile.and my cpu is TI28075.

    I supplement my problem.for example my system can do active balance for no.0,1,2,3.if I want no.4 do acive balance,I take down no.0 cell and use a wire to replace the no.0 cell,then my system can do active balance.this is very strange！It seems if the cell can do active balance, the total votage can not exceed 12V for the cells according the position of gnd.

    Taylor is traveling business trip.
    Are you using TI EVM or your schematic similar to our evm?
    if you are using your own design then it would be great if you can identify the differences.
