Dear All:

If i use the EV2400 to program the BQ34Z100-G1 failure then the EV2400 can't connect the BQ34Z100-G1 . why cause the result？

It would mean that the gauge has been put in fw programmable mode. In that mode, the gauge will not identify itself to the ev2400. You will have to start bqstudio and manually select the gauge and then go into the fw tab and attempt programming again.

I try to start Bqstudio and manually select the gauge, but the gauge don't still connect the EV2400 ，why the gauge IC put in FW programmable mode？

When you attempt programming, at the end of programming the srec, the gauge issues a command to return to fw mode. If the programming was not completed, this command will not be sent. So, that means that you will have to program it again.
