Hello

I am a new designer and i'm working on a new design with the LM3481 to create from a 12v input a 24v output with 1A Iout.

I read the datasheet so i can understand how to design all the component i need;

For example i don't know to design the components for the slope compensation and same for the UVLO pin i don' t know where to find the Vsh and Ven

Hi Adjagbe,

I suggest that you use the LM5155. This is a newer device that is similar to the LM3481 but has many improvements. Please look at the product folder here.

There is also a calculator and an application report that cover the design of a boos controller. The evaluation module is close to your application specifications, so please take a look at that as well.

Hi Garrett,

Thank you for your response, i read then datasheet of the LM5155 and i think it will be very helpfull.
I was wandering if there is an adaptater for the LM5155 so i can be able to use it on a breadboard for example ?

Hi Adjagbe,

There is not an adapter available for mounting the LM5155 to a bread board.
