LM25122-Q1: Minimum ON and OFF time

Hi,

Can you please tell me minimum ON (Ton(min.)) and OFF time (Toff(min.)) of LM25122-Q1. I couldn't find this in datasheet.

    Hi Soumya,

    The datasheet only specifies the typical and max of the minimum ON time, because these matters for the worst case considerations. Therefore, the characterization does not bother to find out the min limit. Anyway, the min value does not matter much in you design, because your design limit is actually affected by the max limit.
