TPS53681: Co-existence on a I2C bus

Hi,

I have a problem that the device is not detected by the TI Fusion USB dongle when other sharing a bus with other I2C devices.

Has anyone seen this or know of a solution.

Fusion Dongle reports "No Devices Found" on a previously known working board with TPS53681 configured and working.

Hey Phil,

I've seen this mistake when I plug the dongle in backwards in the lab and the pins aren't in the correct location. Simple, but something to check if you're plugging into a non-polarized connector. Also, are there any series resistors on the PMBus lines that may have been disconnected?

If there are other devices on the bus, have any changes to the board caused a fault that would result in stuck clock or data lines?

Hi Qian,

Thank you for your follow-up. Yes this issue is now resolved. We discovered another device on the bus was mis-behaving and there was no problem with the TI device.
