Greetings!
I have secondly encountered a LM2733 related problem!
First of all - I am making a 30V vlotage source for a 200-400 (typ. 300) mA load.
For this purpose I used the LM2733 with 2.2 uF in CAP, 4.7 out CAP, 13 and 300 kOhms feedback resistors, LQH55DN100M03 10 uF as an Inductor and PMEG4010BEA as a diode.
Also I used the 82 pF in parallel with 300 kOhm feedback resistor. THe whole supply scheme can be seen on fig. 1. fig.1
The Layout can be seen on fig.2.
fig.2
And now I would like to discribe the problem. First of all - those without load.
After the first turn on - I have seen the voltage rising up from 12V to 27-29 volts slowly.
I have removed different components from the net - a couple of differences were seen but not sufficient.
I have changed the 13kOhm to 10 kOhm - it seemed that the out voltage rised but than I used a osciloscope to look for the waveforms it the sceme sudenly started to work (~35 Volts at the out).
After that I changed 10 kOhm back to 13 kOhm and again - slowly rising, 27-29 Volts. No I have soldered 11.5 kOhm in place of 13 kOhm - but I got the same problem. Now I do see 29.7 Volts stable. But I expect that after some time I will encounter the same problem.
