TPS53353: TPS53353 replace TPS53319

Why do you want to do that? It might be possible, depending on how you expect the circuit to behave. TPS54353 has redundant over voltage protection. How is your pin 5 connected? The OCP settings are different also. Are you trying to use TPS54353 to get the same output current? Or do you need more output current?

I am lookuing for alternative part for TPS53319, but the OCP of TPS53353 will be >24A with same Rtrip setting, it is more than original about 9A, this gap is too large.
