    Hi Hirotaka,
    1. If C2 open, loop will not work well and device may shut down, I don't know the thermal performance.
    2. If C3 open , the volatge will drop on R2, you should check with the Resistor vendor to calculate the thermal issue;
    3. If D1 short, device will not switch , so don't woory about the thermal issue;
