TPS1H100-Q1: DIAG_EN & IN input pins (Version A)

Hello. 

I do not need diagnostic function when the device is OFF (IN= low). I only need the current limit function when the device is on.

Can I tie both IN & DIAG_EN together? Will this affect the device functional modes?
