Hi Sir 

When I measure resistor of Vg to GND (TP4) on EVM and find the resistor value is only 13ohm 

is it correct ?

    Hi Kai,

    Vg is the gate voltage and it should be open when the EVM is not powered. If Vg reads 13ohms then either the LMG1020 or the EPC2019 is damaged.

    If the LMG1020 still produces an output according to the input, it is likely that the GaN FET has been damaged. Are you able to see fast rise and fall time on Vg?

    what is the KA to GND resistance measurement? What is your duty cycle and switching frequency?
