Can we clear faults in System Status Register without using a host controller in bq76940 Evaluation software?

    Hi Parimala,
    Yes, any tool which can write to an I2C address register can clear the faults. However I don't know of a generic I2C read/write tool which operates through the EV2400. There may be one that I don't know. I typically use the bq76940EvaluationSoftware because it allows selection of the I2C address.
