TPS7B7701-Q1: Timing of sequence for Vin and En

Hello Team,

I have question about the timing sequence for Vin and Enable. Do you have any rule the order the power sequence IN (1Pin) and EN (2Pin)? I look over the datasheet but I don't see any rule for setting these power sequence. If I miss setting for the power sequence, dose the output voltage go abnormal?

Hi Song,

Let me update the power sequence.

At first Vin is High and then EN is High. But they have concern the slope of start up and Falling. They have experiences that the Vin and Vout are almost same voltage when these slope is too gentle. Is it okay for TPS7B770X when these slope is too gentle? I attached the image of my question. Could you tell me the reason?

Hi Uchihara-san,

Thanks for providing the diagram. I am not aware of issues on this device that is related to the slow ramp of enable signal. Coud you provide more details including the Vin voltage and Vout voltage? Can you also provide the slew rate(V/us or V/s) of the Enalbe ramps that they are expericning issue?
