My customer is confirm about design FMEA and they are requesting TPS3850's Open/Short test data.
Please answer following questions? And if you have test data, could you provide that?
- If the SET0-pin or SET1-pin is floating, what is occur about device working?
- If the SENSE-pin is floating, what is occur about device working?(Device is adjustable ver TPS3850H01 )
- If the CWD-pin is short to GND, what is occur about device working?
- If the CRST-pin is short to GND, what is occur about device working?
- If the tie to VDD and CWD directly, what is occur about device working?
