requirements: Vin=3.3V, Vo=2.5V/1A.

Is it possible to connect VBIAS to Vin?

As I understand from the datasheet for normal operation VBIAS ≥ Vo+1.62V. It means that I can’t, but I want to verify with you?

    Hi Eli,

    While it is possible to connect Vin to Vbias for some applications, as you mention, you do not have enough of a Vbias - Vout delta for the output to be in regulation for your application.  For a 2.5 V output at 1 A, the minimum recommended Vbias for TPS74401 is 3.85 V.
