BQ34Z100-G1: The problem of connection failure when download SREC file, the ratio is 5%

Dear colleague,

One of my KMM are using BQ34Z100-G1, in their production project, they found when they download SREC file to BQ34Z100-G1, sometimes when the download progress bar is halfway there, there is an alarm, then computer and BQ34Z100-G1 failed to connect. Only if customer changes a new BQ34Z100-G1, computer can connect BQ34Z100-G1 successfully. The ratio of problem is 5%.

So could you please give us some advice to change this situation?
