BQ27GDK000EVM: Battery Managment Studio - Set the CC Offset for creating a Golden Image

I am using Battery Management Studio 1.3.54.1.  I am trying to create a golden image for a bq27542G1 fuel gauge. When I go to Data Memory -> Calibration and set CC Offset it always returns to it's original value after clicking the Read All button. Is there a certain step in the process that I am missing in order to set the CC Offset or could there be a problem with the program, fuel gauge, board, etc. ?
