    Hi,

    Are the two samples tested on the same board?
    Could you please share the schematic and layout? Let's review them.

    thank you for your answer.

    When placed on our board, the faulty device will behave as a faulty waveform. Even if it is placed on another board, the malfunction will occur.
    If you put a good product on the board where the failure occurred, it works normally.
    This waveform was sent to TI EVM (TPS 54302 EVM-716).
    Therefore, check the EVM manual.
    The number of defects is 1 piece.

    The output is rising by 0.8 V, which is happening periodically.
    Is the pulse width open periodically 440mS)? Is it an anomaly with a one-shot generator?

    Hi,

    Please test the waveform (VIN,VOUT,SW,IL) when VIN=18V/24V, it would be better to capture the zoom in waveform for better understand what happened.

    You said only one device has this issue, how many devices have you test? I want to know the failure rate.

    This time, we plan to use the same circuit in the new model.
    I use 20k pieces / month.
    This phenomenon IC: 1 piece.

    Hi,

    Because only one sample has this issue, we don't know what had happened on the sample. For this case, it would be better to contact field FAE or disty for support, and ship the sample back to TI for more analysis.
