TPS65094: Upper limit of Output Cap

Dear Sir,

Are there an upper limit on the load capacitance the BUCKs of TPS65094x?

I found that Buck1,Buck2 and Buck6 have min Output Cap but no upper limit in datasheet, Buck3-5 have min Output Cap and max Output Cap also.

In Intel's design "560683-apl-rvp-crb-lpddr3-ti-tdk-rev2p0",Buck3-5 have more Output Cap than datasheet. Does it have an influence on "Boot Sequence"?

As long as your total capacitance for BUCKs 3-5 (including output and point-of-load) is below 400uF you should not have any issues. As for BUCKs 1, 2, and 6 there isn't a maximum output capacitance because of how the BUCKs were designed for maximum stability. They have been tested as high as 1mF, so as long as you aren't going above that then you shouldn't need to worry about having too much capacitance.
