My customer has the requirement below. The tonmin cannot support the requirement, do you have other devices to recommend here? Whether TPS548A20, TPS548B22 are ok here？ Thanks.

What output current do you need? Since you will be working close to the minimum on time specification, what tolerance will you have on Vin? What is driving your Fsw requirement?

From those, TPS548A20, TPS548B22 would be the best choices. The min on time is 60 nsec typical.

Hi John,

if the customer wants the device can also support 5V application, so the TPS54A20 may not be ok. Do we have 8A/10A device to recommend here?

I think that is TPS548A20 is your best bet. You could also look at TPS53513.
