I have a question about TPS560200.

We have items to inspect the switching frequency in the shipping inspection of the product.
There is no specification of switching frequency in the data sheet. (600 khz)
conditions
Input 12V, output 5V Io = 0.5A
TThe frequency of the switch frequency in this condition
What is MIN, TYP, MAX?

Hi Masazumi-san,

The frequency could depend on your inductor value. If your inductor value is not big enough, the device could still work under skip mode. For FCCM mode frequency, I checked our ATE data and there is only on time to reflect on it. I will check with more data to see whether we have frequency measurement. Thanks!

Hi Masazumi-san,

I checked all the available sources of data and I could not find the exact information with regarding to frequency variation. What we only have is the on time variation and Fig 4&5. This is an old ti part and we dont know the background history for ATE test. Thanks!
