Hi, TI expert

Could you recommend me a power switch?

I need output delay time for 300~500ms.

Input: 12V, Output: 12V/3Amax

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    Please refer to our app note, Timing of Load Switches. You can increase the tdelay + trise time by using the TPS22810 with an extremely large CT capacitor. Since there is no limitation on the maximum value you can choose, a large CT capacitor will extend the tdelay + trise.

    If you are looking to just change the tdelay time, you can try putting an RC delay on the enable pin. However, this will also increase your toff time.
