UCC21520: Reliability data on TI.com

Part Number: UCC21520

Hello,

 

I want to check reliability data(DPPM/FIT/MTBF) of UCC21520.

Then I tried to get the data from TI.com, DPPM/FIT/MTBF estimator.

But I could not find the data by “UCC21520”. And instead of that, I found the data by “PUCC21520AQDWRQ1”.

Can I use this data for UCC21520?

    UCC21520AQDWRQ1 is the automotive rated version of the UCC21520. Both devices use the same process and technology while the automotive version is submit to further testing for automotive qualification.

    You may therefore use PUCC21520AQDWRQ1 data as reference and guideline for UCC21520.
