Looking for really small or-ing circuitry up to 5.5V with lowest serial resistance and also as small as possible.

Any recommendations?

Hi

For 5V ORing application, we have LM66100 which is preview stage.
It can support 1.5A. "www.ti.com/.../LM66100".

If you require higher current, TPS2411 or TPS2412 is other option.
