Hello, I would like to ask about the CCPC mode in UCD3138. The control flow of UCD3138 PSFBEVM-027 is peak current control first, then CCPC mode when the power exceeds the set value. Can I only use CCPC mode and single voltage loop control in constant voltage mode without introducing interruption program? Looking forward to your reply, thank you!

Hello,

Normally, we don't recommend to use pure hardware CPCC module because of voltage over shoot during mode transition. When you use interrupt, you can slow down the interrupt events so that your other program can get less impact.

The pure hardware may cause the voltage overshoot when it covers from OC to CV mode.
