LM5141-Q1: About applying 5V externally to VCCX pin with 12V output

Part Number: LM5141-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5141

Hi,

I am considering a circuit using the LM5141 device.
I will set the output voltage of the circuit to 12V.
The recommended operating voltage for the VCCX pin is 5V, so in my circuit the VCCX pin will be connected to GND.
So I would like to ask you a question.
Is it possible to apply 5V to the VCCX pin externally with another power supply?
If possible, is there a sequence at VIN and 5V?
Best regards,
