TPS53513: "tOVPDLY" test condition

Hi,

Could you tell me about "tOVPDLY" test condition written in datasheet P.7?
TEST CONDITION says "With 100-mV overdrive", What condition does it mean?

    Sakai-san,

    The datasheet parameters are tested in an open loop configuration.  The OV protection is sensed at the VFB pin.  When VFB is driven above 600 mV + 20 %, or 720 mV, the OV protection is activated.  For the test VFB is overdriven by 100 mV, so the VFB pin is forced to 820 mV for the test.
