TPS22971: What's the pull down resistance when VIN = 1.05V

Hi team,

As you know , TPS22971 been use in intel VCCST rail. Intel request <=300ohm during discharge.

Our datasheet just show 3.6V and 0.65V. What's the pull down resistor at 1.05V?

Hi Shaq,

After running a quick test on an EVM, the pulldown resistance was roughly 900mΩ at 25C, for 1.05V.

Hi Arthur,

900mohm? The spec show 0.65VIN with 710ohm and 3.6VIN with 150ohm. It is not make sense to me.

Hey Shaq,

Apologies, I had a low current limit on my supply when I ran the test, which gave me a lower current value. After readjusting the current limit, the RPD was sinking 3.4mA, which translate into roughly a 310Ω pulldown.
