TPS54335A: Start-up switching of TPS54335A

My customer evaluate TPS54335A.
But it start switching at Ven=1.075V.
It is written typ(1.21V) and max(1.28V) value about enable threshold at rising in datasheet.
Are there the value restriction minimum enable threshold at rising?
Or does it have possibility to start switching at Ven=1.075V?
