Can you please post the pictures of the waveforms of the UVLO pin and start-up?

Does the regulator start-up in boost mode operation?

Hi Tony,

It looks like the LM5118 is running into hiccup mode. I suggest increasing the soft-start capacitor to help ease the controller on. Try increasing the value by 10x and see if it helps solve the issue.
