LMG3410R070: structure of GaN with integrated driver

Hi,

I am currently working on GaN components and I saw you had some references of GaN HEMTS with integrated drivers.

I would like to know which kind of GaN structure you use in your components? Do you use an integrated MOSFET to make a d-mode GaN normally-off (cascode structure)  or do you use a normally-on GaN with a specific driver? or something else...
