2. When the input is 3V, what is the voltage of 1.2V and 3.3V of TPS62400 output respectively?
3.What happens when there is a voltage jitter every 200ms along the 3.3V output?

Hello,
the device is suitable for the output voltage of 1.2V and 3.3V (the two-channel are independent). Regarding the scenario described at point 2) for Vin=3V and Vout=1.2 the channel is working in the selected mode, for Vout=3.3V the device is 100% mode (please have a look at page 14, section 8.4.3). About this jitter on the output, can you explain me better what do you mean exactly?

Can you explain me better what do you need? Are you speaking about something reported in D/S or is something that you measure? Just in case of your measure, can you post your scope plots? Which output cap did you use?
