TPS62130A: TPS62130 OCP behavior issue

It does not look like a standard and expected behavior.
To help you better, can you provide us what are the conditions of use of the TPS62130A? Input/Output Voltage, what is the load?
Could you as well provide the schematic of your system?

I don't see anything obvious that would explain this type of behavior for the moment.
Can you be a bit more specific about the tests you have performed? What type of equipment are you using as loads (CR and CC)? Were you trying to observe a load transient?
Could you share with us your Layout?

Also, Calculating your Vout with the values I see on your schematic, I find Vout= 1.15V. This does not explain what you observe.
