Good Morning, Thank you so much for your support. we are looking for small and simple circuit about internal power supply ( PWM IC & Gate driver IC) for interleaved boost converter. So please send the simple reference design and suggest the PWM controller with inbuilt MOSFET.

The highest power is 12W on controller and integrated power MOSFET. So we do not have a solution for your need.
